2. Services

Slovenia in a Day allows visitors to select a tour, choose a date and time, provide required booking details, and pay for the tour through the website.

Tours may include pick-up and drop-off arrangements based on the information provided during booking.

3. Booking Process

To book a tour, you must provide the required booking information through the website, including your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, pick-up address, and any additional information requested or voluntarily provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during booking is accurate, complete, and up to date.

A booking is completed when the required booking information has been submitted, payment has been processed, and a confirmation email has been issued.

4. Confirmation Email

After completing a booking, you will receive a confirmation email.

The confirmation email may include booking details and links to reschedule or cancel the tour.

You are responsible for checking the confirmation email and contacting us as soon as possible if any booking information is incorrect.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for tours is made by credit card through the Slovenia in a Day website.

All payments are processed through Stripe Payments.

A booking is not considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully processed and the booking confirmation has been issued.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card or payment method provided.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time or pick-up time.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time or pick-up time, you are entitled to a refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time or pick-up time, no refund will be provided.

If you do not appear at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time, this will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original credit card payment method used on the website through Stripe Payments.

7. Rescheduling

If the confirmation email includes a rescheduling link, you may use it to request or manage a change to your booking.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

A request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time or pick-up time may be refused.

8. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

You must provide a correct and complete pick-up address when booking.

If your drop-off location is different from the pick-up address, you should provide it in the booking form.

The driver will let you know when they arrive at your hotel or agreed pick-up location.

You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pick-up time and location. Delays caused by late arrival, incorrect address details, or failure to respond to contact attempts may reduce the duration of the tour or be treated as a no-show.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a tour, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You will be reachable using the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number provided.
  • You will arrive on time at the agreed pick-up location.
  • You will follow reasonable instructions given by the driver, guide, or Slovenia in a Day representative.
  • You will behave respectfully toward the driver, guide, other participants, local communities, property, and the environment.
  • You will not participate in a way that creates risk, disruption, danger, or damage.
  • You will notify us in advance of any relevant mobility, medical, or personal circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely in the tour.

10. Tour Participation and Safety Disclaimer

Tours may involve road travel, walking, stops at public places, outdoor locations, changing weather conditions, traffic, crowds, steps, uneven surfaces, and other normal conditions connected with tourism and travel.

By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that travel and sightseeing involve some level of personal responsibility and ordinary risk.

You are responsible for deciding whether the tour is suitable for your personal health, fitness, mobility, and comfort level.

You must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver, guide, venue staff, local authorities, or Slovenia in a Day representative.

You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. Slovenia in a Day is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused directly by our proven fault.

You must not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect your safety, judgment, behavior, or ability to follow instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse participation, end participation, or remove a participant from a tour if the participant behaves dangerously, disruptively, unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that may negatively affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Weather, Traffic, Road Conditions, and Changes to the Tour

Tours may be affected by weather, traffic, road closures, public events, safety conditions, delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Slovenia in a Day may adjust the route, timing, order of stops, itinerary, pick-up time, or tour format when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, traffic, weather, or service reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the tour as described, but exact timing and route details may vary depending on real conditions on the day of the tour.

12. Cancellation by Slovenia in a Day

Slovenia in a Day may cancel, reschedule, or modify a tour if it is not possible, safe, legal, or reasonable to provide the tour as planned.

This may include cancellation or changes due to weather, traffic, road closures, vehicle issues, safety concerns, illness, emergency, public events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Slovenia in a Day cancels a confirmed tour before it begins, we will contact you using the contact information provided during booking and offer either an alternative date or a refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BT Group, Tim Bohorč s.p. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, the booking process, or participation in a tour.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Slovenia in a Day is not responsible for delays, inconvenience, additional costs, missed plans, or changes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, late arrival, failure to attend, weather, traffic, road conditions, public events, authority decisions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Website Use

You agree to use the Slovenia in a Day website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website in a way that may damage the website, business, or other users.

15. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, accurate, and up to date.
